Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping At Hampton Wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be not used and in the condition you received it. 

*Items can be returned for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY,issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds. Anything purchased personalized and discounted is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Please allow our team 5-7 business to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within a 30 day window. Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders. 

Handmade Items

If one of our products note hand made this means that some detail of it will be imperfect such as our sequin hats. We will do our absolute best to ship the best product. For us it is the beauty of a hand made item!

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we don not have the item and size stock available when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Hassle-Free Returns

We have worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can. We have spelled out the process below so that you will know just what to expect. All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We'll take it from there! Don't forget tat your original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order-we cannot change this! (We promised,we have tried!)

Time Pieces-Watch Policy Warranty

The original manufacturer provides their warranty policy on the piece after our 30 day refund policy has expired. Please contact the manufacturer as that information will be packed with your policy. We only deal with best
